We can also order New appliances including Gas but we are unable to fit/connect these due to Gas regulations. 

All our reconditioned appliances come with a 3 months parts and labour guarantee.

SERVICE CHARGES

Delivery and removal (no installation):

Letchworth, Stevenage, Hitchin, Baldock, Royston, Biggleswade, Sandy £6.00

WGC, Hatfield £15.00

Removal and disposal of Scrap Refrigeration , if we are delivering £12.00

Washing Machine/Dishwasher Delivery, installation and removal: £20.00

Cooker connection: £30.00 delivered and fitted

Integrated Appliance: £60.00 delivered and fitted

Single Integrated Oven: £30.00

Double Integrated Oven: £35.00

Please note – We need to be made aware of any steps, stairs or difficult access involved prior to delivery.

Call out Charge

Please note that our call out charge is £36.00 (Including VAT) built in appliance £48.00

If the recommended repair is carried out then you only pay for the work done and not the call out charge on top.

Therefore the minimum cost for an Engineer visit is £36.00.
